The delivery costs will not going to be reimbursed after the cancellation of your order already shipped to you or leaves our warehouse.

Yes, your package is insured during transit until arrival at your designated delivery address. A signature is required upon receipt.
EXCHANGE MY ORDER?
Free exchanges are available for all orders within 14 days of receipt. For more information, please contact us at infos@kalwin.shop. We will proceed with the exchange request and organize the return of the original package. All exchanges are subject to a quality control once received. The new product will be shipped if the quality control is successful.
RETURN MY ORDER?
Free returns are available for all orders within 14 days of receipt. For more information, please contact us at infos@kalwin.shop. We will organize the return of the package. All returns are subject to a quality control once received. Refund will take place only if the quality control is successful. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
For our international customers, we cannot create a return label for an international shipment. You will need to use a local or international carrier to return a product that you will be responsible for all associated costs.

TRACK THE STATUS OF MY RETURN ORDER?
